These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website mantaleakdetection.com and the services of Manta Leak Detection LLC ("Manta Leak Detection," "we," "us," or "our"), a pool leak detection company serving Cape Coral and Fort Myers, Florida. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Manta Leak Detection provides pool leak detection inspections for residential and commercial pools, spas, and related water features. Each inspection includes testing of the pool and its plumbing and a written report with photographs documenting each test point and our findings.
Our flat fees are: $350 for a pool only, $400 for a pool with an attached spa, and $450 for a pool with a spa and negative edge. Any different price for a specific job will be quoted and agreed before work begins.
Appointments and property access
To perform an inspection, we need safe access to the pool, spa, and pool equipment. Please secure pets and make sure the pool area is accessible at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the pool or equipment when we arrive, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Reports and limitations
Our findings reflect the condition of the pool and its systems at the time of the inspection, using professional detection equipment and methods. A leak detection inspection is a diagnostic service: while we test every accessible potential leak point, conditions that are concealed, intermittent, or outside the scope of the inspection may not be identified. Our report documents what was tested and what was found.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods described at booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (239) 457-3525 so we can offer the time to another customer.
Website use
The content on this website, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Manta Leak Detection LLC or its content providers and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Manta Leak Detection LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the current version, and your continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
